This program allows you to use your camera to take pictures with a built in snow filter (makes it look like picture was taken in storm). Tap the 'picture' button to take a picture of an object. Tap on the camera image file to view it in the editor. Use the slider to adjust the snow level of the picture. When done select 'Save BMP' from the toolbar to export the bitmap image file. The bitmap libs are from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin. The snow effect is from 'CS 225 - Fall 2007 - MP1 Part 4' Written by John Dietrick
