This utility converts a BMV (Bitmap vector file) into a 24 bit bitmap image for the CeBeans BMPVEC apps. Use the built in file explorer to locate a folder of BMV files and tap on a file to convert to bitmap image. The program allows you to preview the image before converting and also view the bitmap file in your picture viewer when done.
