This is a GSM compressed recording audio server for the PocketPC BluetoothaudioPagerDispatcher(c). The program monitors the incoming audio for pages and when it detects a page starts the voice recorder and stops it when the page stops. The pages are stored as wav files with the current date/time stamp as the file name. The GSM compression codecs are from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
