This program is ink text based Bluetooth text chat application. Simply write the text message and the program will use the built in Microsoft Transcriber to convert your writing to text and send via Bluetooth. Select 'Chat Scan' from the toolbar to find the other device and then 'Chat Start' to start chatting with the person. You can also export the chat logs to text for CSV file format. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM FOR ILLEGAL PURPOSES.
