This program is allows you to assign a JPEG drawing to a Pocket OutLook with a full-featured JPEG drawing tool. You can use the drawing tools to compose a 240x268 pixel drawing and then assign the drawing to a Pocket Outlook contact. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
