This program is file explorer based audio player for heavily compact EVRC audio files (Enhanced Variable Rate Codec). Use the folder based explorer to locate a EVRC audio file and tap on the file to play. You can use this to play audio from the CeBeans 'EVRC' apps. The audio codec is from 'Enhanced Variable Rate Codec - Bit-Exact C Specification ' Copyright (C) 1997-1998 Telecommunications Industry Association.
