This program allows you to batch convert a folder of bitmap images into 33 types of image effects. Select a sample image to preview the type of effect. When you select 'Convert ALL' from the toolbar the program will convert ALL of the bitmap images in the current folder with the same effect. The effect filters is from the open source C++ BitmapEX project.
