This program allows you to select a JPEG, PNG, TIFF, GIF or BMP image and select from 33 types of image effects. Once you have the image you like you can save the final effect image as a PDF file format. The effect filters is from the open source C++ BitmapEX project. The PDF libraries are from JPEG2PDF by Hao Hu (c)2008
