This program decompiles an animated GIF file into separate BMP images and allows you to edit the bitmaps with the built in drawing tool. Use the file explorer interface to select the GIF file and tap on it to convert to bitmap files. Tap on a bitmap file to edit it in the built in editor. NOTE: The drawing program re-sizes to QVGA.
