This program allows you to compose an animated GIF drawing in a folder based interface and upload the animation to your Google.com Picasa dropbox via secure SSL connection. Select a new folder on your storage card(s) and create each frame for the GIF file. When you select 'Compile GIF' from the toolbar the program will create the animated GIF file and upload it to your Picasa account. The GIF compression/decompression libraries are from GIF2BMP and BMP2GIF (C)1996 Ephraim Cohen. The GIF Animation libraries are from WhirlGIF.c by Mark Podlipec. The image storage service is provided by www.Google.com
