This program is a compressed GSM 8Hz (1.2Kbs) wave voice recorder that sends the ultra-compact audio files via Email. Set the Email account service to use and the Email address to send the emails to. To record your voice tap the record button and again to stop the recording. The wave file will be sent via Email attachment. The GSM compression codecs are from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
