This program is a compressed GSM wave voice recorder that sends the audio via email using your Gmail account. You can set the email address to send the voice reports to. The program records at a compressed GSM 6.10 8Khz (1.2Kbs) bitrate for lower data usage. The Gmail service is provided by www.Google.com. The GSM compression codecs are from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
