This program is a UPC file explorer that allows you to scan UPC codes in the images. Simply use the file explorer interface to select a picture with UPC code and the program will use the HP UPC decoder service to convert the image to the bar code digits. The Image->UPC cloud service is from HP (HavenOnDemand.com)
