This program converts a JPEG/TIFF/PNG/GIF or BMP file into a HTML image file and allows you to view it in Pocket Internet Explorer. Select the folder with the images and tap on the image to convert to a HTML image file image and view it in Pocket Internet Explorer. NOTE: This program does not save the created HTML image file.
