This program is a compact ILBC (Internet Low Bitrate Codec) voice recorder that sends the voice message via email template. Tap the 'Start Record' button to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the heavily compressed ILBC audio file format and creates an email template with the file attached. Use the PocketPC ILBCPlayer(c) to play the audio files. The audio codec is from 'iLBC Speech Coder (C) The Internet Society (2004)'.
