This program is file explorer based audio player for heavily compact ILBC (Internet Low Bitrate Codec) audio files. Use the folder based explorer to locate a ILBC audio file and tap on the file to play. You can use this to play audio from the CeBeans 'ILBC' apps. The audio codec is from 'iLBC Speech Coder (C) The Internet Society (2004)'.
