This program is a folder based full-featured drawing creator/editor that watermarks the images with the date time of creation. You can compose compact 240x268 pixel bitmap 256 colour images and places the date/time stamp on the upper left of the saved image. The 24-Bit -> 8-Bit bitmap conversion from the libraries originally created by Ephraim Cohen (c)1996.
