This program allows you to re-size images on your PocketPC and send them via Pocket Outlook as an email attachment. You can use this to save on data charges. Select a folder where the JPEG images are and tap on an image file to view and set the pixel dimensions for the image. The program allows you to view the image after compression and send via Pocket OutLook. The JPEG libraries are from Independent JPEG Group.
