This program allows you to compose short MIDI music files that are compatible with Windows Media Player and has a built in MIDI file player that works off of the PocketPC API. Enter character and symbols for the notes and select the delay. When you tap the button the program will convert the input into a MIDI file. The Text -> MIDI is from 'A C++ class for writing midi files'.
