This program allows you to compose short MIDI music files that are compatible with Windows Media Player and load and save the notes to a compact file format. Enter character and symbols for the notes and select the delay. When you tap the button the program will convert the input into a MIDI file. The Text -> MIDI is from 'A C++ class for writing midi files'.
