This program is a digital video app that sends the videos via compressed MMS. You can set the height, width and quality in the settings. Simply start the program and tap the button to start your PocketPC camera. When you take a video the program will create a blank MMS template with the Mp4 video attached. NOTE: There is a charge for MMS, check with your cellular provider.
