This program is a WAVE to MP2 voice recorder that works in a folder based interface. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to start the voice recording. The program makes 16Khz wave file. When you want to convert the WAV file to a compressed MP2 file tap on it on the files list and the program will convert it to a MP2 file.
