This program is a batch WAVE to MP2 voice recorder that works in a folder based interface. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to start the voice recording. The program makes 16Khz wave file. When you are finished making the sound recordings select 'Convert batch' from the toolbar to convert ALL of the WAV files in the current folder to Mp2 files.
