This utility converts an MP3 file into a GSM Encoded WAV audio file. Simply use the built in file explorer to locate the MP3 file. When you tap on the MP3 file the program will convert it to a compressed GSM encoded WAV audio file. The Mp3->Wav Conversion is from 'MPEG/audio coding/decoding software' (c)Juergen Koller. The wave resampler is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin.
