This program is a MP3 voice recorder that works in a folder based interface. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to start the voice recording. The program makes 44Khz wave file and when you tap the button to stop recording converts the WAV file into an MP3 file. The MP3 encoder is from 'BladeEnc MP3 Encoder' (c)1998, 1999 - Tord Jansson
