This utility converts a 44.1khz mono wav file into an Mp3 file. Use the folder based file explorer to locate the WAV audio file and when you tap on the WAV you can convert the WAV file to an Mp3 audio file. NOTE: The wave file must be 44.1Khz/16 bit mono. The WAV->MP3 is from Gabriel Bouvigne's Shine
