This program allows you to compose a voice recording ring-tone and assign it to a ring alert. Tap the button to start the recorder and again to stop. You can preview the voice ring-tone by re-pressing the button. If you like the sound file then select 'Set RingTone' from the toolbar to register it as the ring-tone.
