This program is file explorer based audio player for heavily compact S14 (Siren 14) audio codec files. Use the folder based explorer to locate a S14 audio file and tap on the file to play. You can use this to play audio from the CeBeans 'SIREN14' apps. The Siren 14 codec is from 'Library for the G.722.1 and Annex C codecs - (C) 2004 Polycom, Inc.'
