This program is an incoming SMS pager that 'reads' the incoming SMS messages via the Google TTS servers. Select 'Power On' on the toolbar and the program will monitor for incoming SMS messages. When the program intercepts a new message it sends it to Google.com TTS servers and then plays the audio file. The TTS service is from Google.com
