This is a SWF (Shockwave flash) animation composer that works in a folder based interface. Select a folder with JPEG images and select 'Compile SWF' from the toolbar. The program will compile ALL of the JPEG images in the current folder into a single SWF animation. You can set the frame speed/seconds. The SWF libs are from 'CSWFMovie'.
