This program allows you to create and edit 'named' 256 colour notes and stores them in the loss-less 24 bit TIFF fax scan file format. Use the built in file explorer to locate the folder to store the TIFF images and select 'New' from the toolbar. The 24-Bit -> 8-Bit bitmap conversion from the libraries originally created by Ephraim Cohen (c)1996.
