This program is a high quality auto-number voice recorder that records in 8Khz (16Kbs) and allows you to convert the final wave file to a GSM, AMR or AAC file. You can play these ultra-compact encoded files on your PocketPC or desktop PC. Use the folder based interface to select a folder to store your recordings. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'. The AAC encoder is from 'falab' - free algorithm lab. (C) 2012 luolongzhi (Chengdu, China).
