This is a high definition 44Khz mono voice recorder that numbers the voice recordings in the selected folder and when you play the sound recording and displays a spectrograph of the audio. Select 'Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop the voice recorder. The bitmap C++ class is from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin.
