This is a 8 KHz voice recorder with that allows you to apply an echo effect on the recorded wave file and converts to the GSM WAV audio file format. Use the file based explorer to locate a folder and select 'Start Record' from the toolbar and the program will start the voice recorder. Tap the 'Stop Record' button to stop. When you tap on the recorded wave file the program will allow you to set the echo depth and decay and create a new echo file in the current folder. The GSM audio compression codec is from (c)1992 by Jutta Degener and Carsten Bormann, Technische Universitaet Berlin. The WAV->Echo C source is from http://www.mikekohn.net/stuff/reverb.c
