This program allows you to select a WAV audio file and encrypts it and select an encrypted WAV audio file and dencrypts it. Use the built in file explorer to locate the WAV audio file and tap on it to encrypt or decrypt it. The other user can use the PocketPC WAVENCRYPTPlayer(c) to listen to the audio file.
