This program is an audio recorder that allows you to add IIR audio effect to the recording and send via MMS audio. Tap the button to start the recorder and tap again to stop. When you tap the button the final the time the program adds the reverse IIR audio effect and creates a blank MMS tempalte with the audio file attached.
