This utility is a ZIP based wave down-sampler that allows you to select a WAV audio file and convert the HZ from 100 Hz to 44,000 Hz and zips the final wave. Use the folder based interface to select the wave file and move the slider to select the re-sample frequency. The new wave file will have the same file name as the original file with the HZ as part of the file-name. The wave re-sampler is from 'ResampleWav' (c)2005 Xiao Wu.
