This program is a file explorer that allows you to to select a LOH Compressed WAV audio file and decompresses and deencrypts the file into a and plays it on the PocketPC speaker. Simply press the button to select the wav file to compress and enter the name for the new encrypted wav. The LOH Compression and encryption is from 'LOH (LOokback + Huffman) - Single-header compression/decompression library.'
