This program is a file explorer based wave file audio effects filter. Use the built in file explorer to locate a WAV file (Any HZ). When you tap on the wave file you can do a custom sound effects on the audio. Use the sliders to adjust the sound silence filter. You can also export the created WAV audio effect file.
