This program monitors your battery temperature in the background and powers off the WiFi when the battery temperature is over the pre-selected maximum and back on when it is below. Simply start the program and set the maximum temperature for your PocketPC battery and when the temperature is over the selected level the program will power off the WiFi on your device.
