This is a AC3 voice recorder with a built in DirectX player. Select the folder to store your recordings and select 'Record' from the toolbar. The program will record your voice and when you tap the 'Stop' button convert the wave file to an AC3 audio file. When you tap on a AC3 file the program will play it in the built in Direct X player. The AC3 codec is from 'Aften: A/52 audio encoder (c) 2006 Justin Ruggles 'jruggle@earthlink.net'. The AC3 decoder libs are from 'Li Feng, fli_linux@yahoo.com.cn'
