This program allows you to compose a compressed AMR audio recording and send it quickly via Bluetooth to another PocketPC. The program records at a ultra-compressed AMR (2Kb/Sec) bitrate for faster transfers. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
