This program can be used to record and playback lengthy voice dictation AMR audio files. The program records with real time audio compression to AMR format. When you tap on a AMR file the program will play the file and you can use the scroll bar to seek the position in the file. The AMR encoder is from '3GPP AMR Floating-point Speech Codec'
