This program is a compact APE (Copyrighted (c) 2000 - 2011 Matthew T. Ashland. All Rights Reserved.) Audio Encoder voice recorder that works in a file name based interface. Select 'Start Record' from the toolbar to start the recorder and tap the button to stop the recorder. When you stop the recording the program instantly converts the audio to the compressed APE audio file format. The program also allows you to play the compact audio files when you tap on it.
