This program allows you to create a censored JPEG/BMP/TIFF/GIF or PNG image with a built in editor and save the new image file to a JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF or BMP file. Use the file based explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on it you can view it in the viewer. Use the sliders to adjust the picture. When done select 'Save' from the toolbar to save the image file. The bitmap libs are from 'EasyBMP Cross-Platform Windows Bitmap Library' (c) Paul Macklin
