This program is a image file explorer that allows you to create 'Circle Crop' images from pictures and export to PNG, JPEG, TIFF, GIF or BMP image file format. This looks like the picture was taken from a Circle Crop camera. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the Circle Crop effect. The Circle Crop effect is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
