This program is a image file explorer that allows you to create 'Circular Crop' images from pictures. This looks like the picture was taken from a Circular Crop camera filter. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the Circular Crop filter effect. The Circular Crop effect filter was created in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
