This program is a image file explorer app that allows you to create 'Fish Eye' images from pictures and share via Pocket Outlook email. This looks like the picture was taken from a fish eye camera. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the fish eye effect. The Fish Eye effect is written in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
