This program is a image file explorer that allows you to create 'Fish Eye' images from pictures. This looks like the picture was taken from a Fish Eye camera filter. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the Fish eye filter effect. The Fish eye effect filter was created in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
