This program is a image file explorer that allows you to create 'Ink Outline' images from pictures. This looks like the picture was taken from a Ink Outline camera filter. Use the built in file explorer to locate the image file and when you tap on the image the program will apply the Ink Outline filter effect. The Ink Outline effect filter was created in C++ using Microsoft CoPilot.
